i am terminating my freenas server. RIP! I’d like to use the Raid striped drives in a Windows PC. I don’t need to keep the data. I installed the WD 3.5" hard disks into my windows works station buy i cannot initialize the disks. Any suggestions?

i figured it out. had completely forgotten about window “diskpart” commands. just in case “list disk”, “select disk #”, “create partition primary”. diskpart will initialize disk to GPT then you can use computer management to format etc.
