Freenas server not booting

Hi. I built a FreeNAS server like maybe 7 or 8 years ago. It has been trouble free but now it is not booting.

It is a supermicro server motherboard. I’m guilty of not giving this any love, haven’t had a monitor connected to it for years until today when i found it offline.

I remember using a USB thumb drive inside it for the boot up. Maybe I have to recreate that ? It’s an old version of FeeNAS.

I rebooted it a third time and it booted up ok.

I think it might be a great time to do some preventative maintenance / preparation for a failure. Like maybe cloning the USB drive, as I don’t know how to recreate it. Would there be a way to make a back up image of it without opening the case and unplugging it from the motherboard ?

Although it booted, the network interface seems to go dead (lights are ok but no connectivity) through the web interface or access the filesystem share :frowning:

I couldn’t ping the interface, so i thought i’d have a look at its settings, I’m kind of stuck here, wishing i had access to the web GUI interface :frowning:
