Hi, I’m getting a strange error: After updating FreeNas to the latest version, I no longer have access to the shared folders, even if I try to log in as root. The message displayed reads: you do not have permissions for this folder.
I would like some help to understand where the problem could be. What can I see ?, from the gui, it looks like the permissions are correct
I don’t recall exactly when the change was made, but I think it was with TrueNAS 12.0 that the root user is no longer allowed to log in to shared folders–you’ll need to create another user and give that user access to the directory in question.
